I can’t say enough about Val and the kind of person he is and how awesome of a job he does. Twice he has come to me to fix my problems and both times on a Sunday. He does a great job and he beats anybody on price. I love small business and will always support it over the big ones and don’t care how much I gotta pay for it either. You get just what you pay for with a guy like Val and I would recommend his service to everybody. The big guys will never get my business over a guy like this. We have used Refrigeration System Support, LLC / Reefer Repair Service for 2 years in a row to repair our 5 reefer units on our food delivery trucks. He did an excellent job and worked very hard to make sure all of our units were ready for the first week of school. He is very dependable and knowledgeable in his field of work. We would certainly use him again and appreciate all that he did for us. He even came back on a Sunday to finish the last repair so that we could be up and running.

We tried RSS for the first time last week and Val was great. He came in on a weekend because our fleet needed to be on the road the following week. When Val didn’t finish all of the repairs on Saturday (because of severe weather), he came back Sunday at no additional cost to finish the work. We will certainly continue to use RSS and would recommend them to other companies.

When ever I have a reefer issue in the Denver area I contact Val and he comes and saves the day. We have used Val many times and he is fast, friendly and always fixes our problem plus the cost of repair is very reasonable. I used your website and called REEFER REPAIR SERVICE for mobile reefer repair in Denver, Colorado for my Thermo King reefer that had some issues with its air flow valve, and as a result was shutting down every 45 minutes. Reefer gave me a 1 hours eta, but they were on site within 30 minutes. These guy really know how to do repair reefers. Their service trucks are very well equipped with diagnostic equipment and their service techs are well trained in reefer repair. Although it all cost me about $700 when it was all done, I would always recommend that any one needing fast and knowledgeable reefer repair service in Denver metro, should call 303.319.1550
